You trust us with your list. Here is what we promise about both, in plain words.
Before any text reaches your list, Ayo! shows you exactly what will be sent and who will get it. It goes only when you say yes. That is true whether you start it from your phone, the dashboard, an AI assistant or your own software.
Anyone can reply STOP to any text and they are taken off at once. Ayo! handles it for you and will not text them again.
When someone joins your list through Ayo!, we keep the wording they agreed to and when. If a carrier or a customer ever asks, you have the record.
Your contacts are yours. We do not sell them, rent them or share them with anyone for marketing.
On a paid plan, download every contact as a spreadsheet file, with each person's consent record, and keep that after you cancel. Find it in Settings under Your data.
Delete your account from Settings. It cancels your plan and gives back your number, and it tells you what happens before anything is done.
Everything between you and Ayo! travels over a secure connection, and the data we hold for you is stored encrypted.
