Go to Lists and tap "New List". Give it a name like "VIP Customers" or "Flash Sale Subscribers". Or skip the dashboard entirely and text CREATE VIP Customers to make one by SMS.
CREATE VIP Customers
Add contacts one by one, import a CSV, or sync from your phone's address book. You can also text a contact card straight from your phone, or use the ADD command to add someone by SMS.

Head to Broadcasts and tap "New Broadcast". Write your message, select a list, and optionally schedule it for later. Every broadcast is screened for profanity before it goes out.
Hit "Send now" for instant delivery, or set a date and time to schedule it. To send from your phone without opening anything, text the SEND command with your list name and message.
